Olá!

One of my favorite words is salubrious. It’s fun to say, audibly interesting, and rooted in whole-person health. I hope to inspire a more salubrious way of living- one that feels natural, nourishing, and within reach.

Through my work with Crua, I focus on translating health into realistic habits without sacrificing joy or simplicity. I’m passionate about supporting both people and the systems around them, with a strong commitment to sustainability and a belief in a food system that mutually nurtures individuals, communities, and the environment.

With over a decade of professional experience in community nutrition and public health, I support people across life stages and health needs—from chronic disease prevention to wellness initiatives. I’m particularly dedicated to perinatal nutrition (preconception through postpartum), helping women and families feel nourished and energized as they move through life’s most essential moments, and build lasting habits that support future generations.

I spent a great deal of my chilhood under my grandparents’ guidance, helping run food scraps to the compost, feeding a flock of chickens, washing and prepping harvested produce, and seasonal upkeep of garden beds. It was a life of simplicity and gratitude, one that instilled in me an insatiable love for nature. My grandparents’ legacy of land stewardship continues to guide and inspire me.
